“I have a ton of Slipknot demos that I have at home,” Jordison tells Metal Hammer. “Maybe some day they’ll surface, maybe they’ll never be heard, but I don’t translate them to any other band, they still stay in the Slipknot safe.”
“I won’t use them for anyone else besides Slipknot, if that ever happens again,” he adds.
Jordison, who currently plays in the bands Vimic and Sinsaenum, parted ways with Slipknot in 2013. In 2016, he revealed that, towards the end of his career with Slipknot, he was battling a rare neurological disease called transverse myelitis, which briefly cost him his ability to play drums.
Slipknot, meanwhile, recently released a new single called “All Out Life.” They plan to release a new album in 2019.
