New Years Day announces new album, “Unbreakable”; listen to single “Shut Up” now

Credit: Hristo ShindovNew Years Day will release a new album called Unbreakable on April 26. It features the lead single “Shut Up,” which you can download now via digital outlets.

“‘Shut Up’ was written in a day, which just doesn’t happen,” says frontwoman Ash Costello. “I was going through some heavy personal stuff, and I was just, ‘Don’t tell me what I want, shut up and give it to me.'”

New Years Day will be touring behind Unbreakable while on the road supporting Falling in Reverse‘s spring tour, which begins April 20 in Las Vegas. In the fall, they’ll link up with Halestorm for a European tour.
