Credit: Andy EarlThe Cranberries have premiered the title track from their upcoming final album In the End, which posthumously features vocals by late frontwoman Dolores O’Riordan.
“In the End” is the closing song on the album, and serves as the last statement from the Irish rockers.
“Lyrically it is self-explanatory,” says guitarist Noel Hogan of “In the End.” “It speaks for itself, it just is a lovely feeling and it’s a gorgeous song.”
“What a way to finish the record,” adds drummer Fergal Lawler. “To have ‘In the End’ as the last song is just perfect.”
O’Riordan’s vocals were taken from demos recorded before her unexpected death in January 2018.
You can download “In the End” now via digital outlets. The album will be released April 26.
