Ghost‘s new single, “Hunter’s Moon,” has hit number one on Billboard‘s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart.

The track gives the Swedish metallers their fourth leader on that particular ranking, following “Square Hammer,” “Rats” and “Dance Macabre.”

Ghost released “Hunter’s Moon” in September for Halloween Kills, the latest entry in the legendary Halloween horror film franchise. A new Ghost album, the follow-up to 2018’s Prequelle, is in the works.

Interestingly, “Hunter’s Moon” takes the number-one spot on Mainstream Rock Airplay from “Shotgun Blues,” by Volbeat, with whom Ghost will launch a U.S. co-headlining tour in January.
